Effective November 2, 2026

The Little A is a vacation rental in Mineral Bluff, Georgia, operated by BVH Mountain Rivers LLC. This page explains what thelittlea.com collects, why we collect it and who else handles it. We do not sell personal information.

When you send us a question

The question form asks for your name, your email address, your message and, if you like, your dates. We use these to reply to you. Your message is delivered to our inbox and shared with the small team that helps us run the cabin.

When you join our email list

We keep your email address, the date you signed up, which form you used and how you reached the site. If you sign up from the question form, we also keep your name and any dates you gave. We use this to send occasional emails about open dates and offers at The Little A.

When you visit the site

We count page views each day, grouped by page and by where visits came from, such as an Instagram link or another website. We also count the first time a visit taps into booking. These are totals: our counter sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and does not follow you from one visit to the next. To group a visit, your browser holds its source in session storage until you close the tab, and a sign-up during that visit records that source.

When you book

The calendar and checkout on this site are provided by Hospitable, which collects what it needs to complete your booking and may use cookies of its own. Payments go through Hospitable and its payment processor. Hospitable shares your booking details with us so that we can host your stay.

Who else handles your information

We use a few services to run the site. Cloudflare hosts the site, processes the forms and stores the email list, and it handles IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Google provides our email and the fonts on this site, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads. Hospitable handles bookings as described above. Each has its own privacy policy, and links to other sites, including Instagram, are covered by theirs.

Your choices

To leave the email list, reply to any of our emails or write to [email protected]. You can also write to that address to see, correct or remove the information we hold about you. We keep what we need to honor your request, including a note not to email you again.

We do not track individual visitors across websites, so a browser's Do Not Track setting changes nothing here. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this page changes, we will update the date at the top. Questions are welcome at [email protected].
